Full job descriptionA thriving and expanding auction agency are looking for an ambitious, astute and experienced Auction Valuations Manager to be the head of their operations in Kent.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an Auction Valuer with already proven skills in the property auction sector to drive forward and take ownership of a developing area.


A competitive basic salary of £50k - £60k basic is available and a favourable commission structure with OTE £80k - £100k.


Leading and establishing a new auction business across Kent, you will develop and realise auction opportunities to generate instructions, revenue and expand market share. Utilising your fantastic communication and sales skills, you will build relationships with estate agents, solicitors, developers and investors to realise fruitful opportunities in order to generate a steady flow of auction referrals. Once the business is won you will manage and nurture clients through the entire auction process and encourage recommendations, repeat business and new leads.
Providing guidance and support to the Senior Auction Valuer, together you will contribute to the development and success of the Kent team and deliver the company’s regional growth objectives.

*In depth auction industry experience is essential

*Property valuation & negotiation skills
*Local knowledge and experience of Kent
*Self -motivated an able to manage a territory independently
*Communication and relationship building skills
*Able to use your network of auction introducer and referral partners
