About the Role:

CRA Legal are working with a well-established ABS structure who offer various legal services to its client base. The organisation are looking to hire an experienced Legal Helpline Advisor with a background in Civil Disputes or Civil Litigation. Roles & Responsibilities
*Taking inbound calls, processing new claims
*Taking inbound calls, updating clients on existing claims
*Providing expert legal advise via telephone and email
*Setting up new claims
*Updating case notes on current notes
*Taking witness statements / drafting witness statements
Legal Coverage:
*Boundary / Land Disputes
*Property Damage
*Family Matters
*Debt Management
Required Experience
*12 months working as a Legal Helpline Advisor
*Degree educated
