We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Events Manager to take ownership of a busy programme of online professional training events.

This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of every event, coordinating logistics, supporting expert speakers, engaging with delegates and ensuring every workshop runs seamlessly from start to finish.

If you thrive on organisation, enjoy building relationships and love seeing projects come together successfully, this could be the perfect next step.

Working as part of a supportive and passionate team, you’ll enjoy genuine flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality learning experiences attended by professionals across the UK and internationally.

The Role

As Events Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse programme of online training workshops and webinars.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to maximise attendance, support trainers and speakers, and ensure delegates receive an exceptional experience throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and manage online training events from initial planning through to post-event follow-up.
*Act as the main point of contact for speakers, trainers and delegates.
*Host and facilitate training sessions via Zoom, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
*Manage registrations, schedules, contracts and attendee communications.
*Support the development and delivery of event marketing campaigns.
*Monitor booking levels and provide regular updates on event performance.
*Assist with sourcing and coordinating guest speakers and trainers.
*Organise and support occasional in-person events in London.
*Collect and analyse delegate feedback to continually improve future events.
*Ensure all post-event materials, recordings, resources and certificates are distributed promptly.
*Maintain accurate event records, attendance data and reporting information.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within event coordination, event management, training administration or project coordination.
*Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
*Confidence hosting virtual events and engaging with professional audiences.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
*Experience using Zoom, Microsoft Office, email platforms, spreadsheets and CRM or event management systems.
*The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
Desirable (Not Essential)
*Experience supporting marketing campaigns, email marketing or social media activity.
*Exposure to learning & development, training, coaching or professional education environments.
*An interest in personal development or professional learning.
