Addition Jobs

Addition Solutions are an IT Recruitment agency who specialise in all aspects of IT and we aim to match all of our candidates to the perfect role. We’re a company born from the frustrations of traditional recruitment practises. And before that sounds like a cliché sales statement, let me explain; We’re unique in our approach and offer a bespoke, tailored service to each and every one of our clients. Rather than ’engage’ with customers, we partner with them. Blending into the environment and becoming part of their day-to-day operations. Moulding our services to fit their requirements, their culture and their team. Each of our consultants have a choice of how they operate, whether in a 180/360 capacity; *Delivery / Resourcing Consultant, *Tech Recruiter, *Recruitment Business Partner, *Account Manager. And also determine whether they want to run a dual/single desk; *Permanent, *FTC’s, *Contract, *Interim. In addition to this, the entire team has the availability to service both their individually managed accounts & also the companies ’group’ accounts (those shared from the companies Directors)
