Anderson Scott Solutions Ltd Jobs

Our desire is to help others. We are specialists in managing permanent placements. We help businesses find the right people for them to succeed and we help people find the right job with the right business, so they’ll grow, flourish and be fulfilled. We take our responsibility very seriously – in making the employer/employee relationship work. It’s why Anderson Scott is a different kind of recruitment company. For us it’s not about CVs. Yes, they play their part, but we dig deeper and find out about what makes up the ’complete individual’.We work with employers to find the characteristics of an exceptional performer for a particular role – and it’s usually more than experience. We also help candidates to work out whether they have those wider characteristics, not just the experience, required to be exceptional in that role. We then put the two together! Our specialist areas of recruitment include:FinanceSalesMarketing / Digital MediaHuman ResourcesProcurementITCommercial / Office supportTechnical & EngineeringExecutive Search
