As one organisation we can invest more into building more new homes, maintaining existing homes and providing services to customers.As Sovereign Network Group, we will:Provide over 84,000 homes, serving over 210,000 customers and be in the top six housing associations by size, and in the top three by development programme.Invest around £8.5bn in our existing and new homes, allowing us to create 20% more new homes over the next decade.Create a Community Foundation, investing £100m over the next 10 years.Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes: the foundation for a better life, and our vision is thriving communities, over generations.Everything we earn, we reinvest so that our customers - now and in the future - have a sustainable home in a thriving community.
