Hi, thank you for taking time to read my profile. I have spent over 32 years recruiting for a range of both SME and Corporate Clients. I have placed thousands of candidates over the years, within a range of jobs, from HR, Marketing, PA, Administration, Accounts, Credit Control, Management, Call Centre, Director Level and more! I am proud to be a "specialist generalist" as this market has seen me recruit through two recessions and I have recruited to demand. I am different in that I have all of the tools of the Nationals and embrace the latest technology, but I don’t let it replace the people side of the business. I am all about communication and offer a "personal recruiter" experience to every client and candidate that I work with and I am so lucky that people remember me, sometimes 20 years down the line! I love presenting my candidates to my clients in person or over the phone, 9/10 times resulting in an interview being booked before the CV has been seen. It’s all about the people! Giving back to the community - is also important to my brand. Each month I give something back for no financial gain to the business.
