As a CIPD qualified HR Consultant, I have been working in the sector for 20 years; from the corporate Multinationals to SME’s across a variety of sectors. A vast difference in structure and industries but the same variation of People Issues. Why is that? Because no matter what size organisation or industry you work in, people are still human with needs, feelings and emotions. What is different, is the action plan required to address the situation, and resolve the issue with a win/win situation. Coaching and mentoring will always remain at the centre of what I do. As a professional life coach, I have been coaching Management teams and employees throughout my career. Including career development, journey mapping and within the business arena. Achieving a goal is great; but achieving a goal whilst upskilling someone else through-out the journey is amazing, especially if you can refocus their ’can’t do’ attitude to ’I can do, and I did.’ I take a commercial approach to HR; and in doing so my job is to make the challenging achievable. Servicing the Essex and London Area, I can offer a range of HR services which includes recruiting adhoc roles for locally based SME clients.
