At Nova Care Group, we provide safe, consistent and personalised care for young people up to the age of 25.We specialise in supporting those who have complex needs and experienced significant trauma and exploitation, including involvement in criminal or gang activity - helping them find a different path through the right support for them. Our small, dedicated support teams deliver 24/7 care alongside mentoring and coaching to rebuild trust, stability and routine.
