Company profileCleaning Operative Molly Maid have been established for nearly 40 years and have an excellent reputation, we have had our franchise Molly Maid Harrow & Ruislip for 14 years and have established ourselves as one of the leading cleaning companies in our area. We go out of our way to provide the highest standard of cleaning to our customers homes, with our professionally trained team members providing a prestige service every time. Our team members work dilligently in teams of two or three, arriving in a branded Molly Maid car, bringing all of their own equipment and supplies with them (provided by us) and wearing the Molly Maid uniform and we strive to provide the best service in the area! Our service is fully insured and all of our team members are employees of the company meaning they recieve all the benefits of being an employee, full time staff members receive 20 days annual leave plus all eight bank holidays -paid-, part time staff recieve annual leave and paid bank holidays pro rata, all employees receive sick pay and enrollment into our company pension scheme. Drivers receive use of a company car which they are permitted to use for personal use also (mileage cap applies) We have customers all over Harrow, Pinner, Eastcote, Denham, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Ruislip, Ickenham and more, each team has their own established route with regular customers enjoying our services on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis so everyday is different with the opportunity to meet new people and build rapport with customers and team mates every day! Each of our teams is run by a team leader - referred to in house as a Route Manager- and they are responsible for ensuring the day runs smoothly, customer satisfaction and team harmony!
