Job description
Cleaning Operative Molly Maid have been established for nearly 40 years and have an excellent reputation and, due to high demand, we now need more fantastic staff to join our friendly team.
Cleaner - Full time with use of a company car
MOLLY MAID
· Home Cleaner, part time or full time - 25/33 hours per week
· Minimum starting wage of £12.71 per hour, earning typically £14-£15 per hour – NOT self-employed
· Are you friendly, efficient and love cleaning? MOLLY MAID Ruislip & Harrow are a professional domestic cleaning company and we are looking for enthusiastic cleaning staff to join our supportive & friendly team.
· Molly Maid provide regular hours, weekly pay and even the possibility of having your own company car.
· The role of Molly Maid entails working efficiently and professionally with another team member, travelling between customers properties in a company vehicle cleaning domestic homes to a high standard. You will work on a regular route and will clean for the same customers on a regular basis.
· Uniform & Training provided
We are looking for someone preferably with a minimum of six months experience in the cleaning industry to hit the ground running and join our established team to execute high standard cleaning in our customers homes. This role would begin as a Route assistant to allow the successful candidate a chance to learn how to do things the Molly Maid way but would then progress to you heading up your own team as Route Manager of our new route!
Responsibilities include:
-Driving your team in one of our company cars
-Cleaning our customer’s home the Molly Maid Way to a high standard and finish
-Liaising with customers and ensuring they are happy with the service provided
-Guiding your assistant/s to ensure they know exactly what needs to be completed in each clean and ensuring their work is completed to a high standard
-Navigating and time management
-Ensuring equipment and car are managed and maintained properly
We cover a large area, including Harrow, Ruislip, Pinner, Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, Denham, Parts of Uxbridge, Parts of Watford
The skills needed for this role are: -A minimum of six months experience working within the cleaning industry -A high standard of work and excellent attention to detail -Leadership skills to be able to communicate with and guide your team effectively -Excellent customer service skills The successful candidate must hold a Full, Clean Manual UK drivers license and be able to speak English fluently due to the level of communication required in this role.
