FORKLIFT DRIVER
Tilbury, Essex
Nights 7pm to 4am Monday to Friday’s
Temp to PERMANENT position
The Role
• Picking and loading multi part orders.
• Stock unloading and replenishment.
• Manual handling of timber products/sheet materials.
• Use of FLT counterbalance (must hold valid in date counter balance licence)
• Candidates must be happy to work off the forklift.
*INVOLVES HEAVY LIFTING*
Person specification:
* Must have a valid counterbalance forklift certificate.
* Must have forklift loading/unloading experience - either direct load or group-age is great.
* Warehousing experience.
* Fit & healthy for heavy lifting of wooden doors, sheet materials alone.
* Good eye for detail and accuracy when checking product information against pick notes.
* Good organisational skills.
* Driver would be desirable but not essential.
PPE, Safety boots, and Hi-vis to be worn at all times on site. This role is a temp-permanent position depending on performance and attendance levels.
