An experienced, ambitious, qualified ACCA /ACA Accountant is required to join an established Accountancy Practice based in Warwickshire, on a part time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Senior seeking the next level of career progression, within an established forward thinking accountancy practice.
Duties to include:
Managing a portfolio of clients:
* Reviewing accounts and tax returns
* Answering day to day questions from clients
* Acting as the main point of for clients
* Meeting with clients and growing strong relationships with them.
* Supporting clients with accountancy & business advice
* Upselling services to clients
Managing the team :
* Training and mentoring Accounts Seniors and Bookkeepers
* Recruiting new staff as needed
Assistance with expansion of the office:
* Growing client portfolio organically
* Building professional connections
* Improving brand awareness of the /firm
* Onboarding new clients
Salary for this part time role is up to £55,000pa FTE.
