Salary: £44,000 plus a £4,200 car allowance
NonStop’s client, based in the West Midlands, is actively seeking a committed and enthusiastic Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their therapeutic fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Build positive relationships with foster carers
* Support a caseload of foster carers throughout the West Midlands ensuring the highest standards of care are met
* Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
Requirements:
* Registered with Social Work England
* A driver
* Have experience working within the fostering sector of children’s services
* Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
