Semi Senior Accountant Job Vacancy

Job Purpose
* Preparation of statutory and financial statements.
* Supporting the senior team with the preparation of audits.
* Preparation of tax returns and assessments for a range of organisational structures.
* Assist with VAT returns.
* Rental accounts.
* Bookkeeping.
* Manage workflow and ensure client work is completed and delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
* Liaise with HMRC on client matters.
* Liaise with clients, attending meetings and helping with queries.
* Support with general accountancy services and business advice.
* Work closely with senior team members.
* Promote and strive for customer service excellence.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements
* An ACCA or ACA studier or ready to begin.
* Good basic knowledge across accountancy services and some experience of working in practice.
* A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Personable and friendly.
