Job Purpose
* Autonomously manage a client portfolio of various sizes and within a broad range of business sectors.
* Work closely with Managers and Directors to oversee workflow and ensure deadlines and budgets are being met.
* Champion service excellence throughout all communications and deliverables.
* Build strong rapport with clients as their trusted go-to contact, proactively handling queries.
* Deliver a strong technical skillset and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
* Support the tax team with non-complex computations.
* Support the firm’s strategic direction by cross-selling services and maintaining loyal relationships.

Job Requirements
* AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified or part qualified, with extensive experience within practice.
* Qualified by impressive experience would also be considered.
* Previous supervisory experience with great people management skills.
* Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
* A commercial mindset and enthusiasm to support business growth.
* Committed to delivering the highest quality service.
