Job Description:
A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new Office Services Assistant to join them on a permanent basis, to work both 9am – 5pm with a 75-minute lunch break each, housed in stunning offices in the City.

Candidates must have previous Office Services experience, within a professional services organisation, ideally within a law firm.  Standard hours are 09:00 – 17:00, with a salary of £28,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Services Assistant:
* Photocopying, Scanning, Binding
* Preparing and presentation of documents and bundles
* Co-ordination, storage & administration of archiving and retrieval
* Booking and logging couriers
* Maintain the stationary cupboards and ensure orders are placed on a weekly basis
* Maintain the client meeting rooms
* Liaising with the building management team to book meeting rooms for clients
* Assist with all internal office moves
* Maintain and replenish the First Aid equipment/supplies
* Maintain and keep an accurate desk booking system, and log of all visitors
Key Requirements of the Office Services Assistant:
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
* Proven experience in a similar administrative roles within a law firm ideally or professional services
* Competency with Microsoft Office
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
