Requirements:
* Proven track record as a 2nd Line Engineer or similar role in an IT support environment, preferably within the IT consulting sector.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other essential business applications.
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
* Familiarity with server administration tasks, such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
