Job Description:
Project Manager (Refurbishments and Construction)
Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in West London with the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead Major Projects from inception to completion
* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: 6 months, ongoing (up to 5 years)
* Rate: £48.00 per hour
* Location: West London
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Effectively manage the timely delivery of new construction projects
* Prepare project briefs and provide detail on all backlog maintenance items included in minor/ major works schemes and remedial works
* Hold accountability for budget management, decision making, forecasting and reporting
* Ensure corrective action is taken efficiently when issues arise
* Manage consultants and contractors
The successful candidate will have:
* NEC Contract administration experience
* RIBA Stages plan of work
* Procurement including P23
