Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
OTE £45-50K
Car allowance/company car
If you are currently working as a Mortgage Broker and you are fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified, then this is definitely worth your attention. Consideration will also be given to a candidate with previous or recent experience and a proven track record in the Mortgage Industry. Working with a market leading local Estate Agent delivering a very professional service, it gives the added bonus of working in a "Hot Lead" environment.
Responsibilities:
* To offer professional and informed financial advice
* To deliver exceptional customer service
* To increase business levels and exceed targets
* To keep up to date with products and regulations
Essential:
* CeMap (or equivalent) qualified essential
* Currently or recently working as a mortgage broker
* You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven
* Well-presented, communicative and articulate
* Thorough knowledge of the mortgage marketplace
* Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
* Skilled at cross selling opportunities
