Sustainability Consultant

This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to work on range of construction and existing estate projects. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplined consultancies energy team with the benefit of remote working.
Role responsibilities include:
* Carry out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
* Through the use of IES, produce outputs for TM59 compliance
* Produce reports and alternative design solutions for new and retrofit projects
* Help clients understand the Part L, O, and F regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least a level 4 NDEA qualification
* Relevant degree within a sustainability or energy field with relevant experience within a Sustainability Consultancy role
* Good understanding of Building regulations as well Part L compliance.
* Experience delivering Overheating assessments to CIBSE TM52 and TM59
