Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed technical drawings and documentation.
* Utilise Revit software proficiently to create accurate and detailed architectural models and drawings.
* Contribute to the design development process by providing technical expertise and insights.
* Produce documentation for large-scale commercial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
* Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
* Strong technical skills with the ability to produce detailed drawings and documentation.
* Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant qualifications in architecture or a related field.
