Mortgage Consultant - West End, London
Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Consultant to join their dynamic financial services team in London. As a Mortgage Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your hard work will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and uncapped commission structure.
Working closely with their introducers, you will have access to high-quality referrals for mortgage business in the competitive London property market.
If you are a CeMAP qualified (Or equivalent) professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, we would love to speak with you. You should have experience in identifying and servicing high-quality leads, building trust with colleagues and customers based on your performance as a respected Mortgage Consultant.

Requirements:
* Full CII MP or CeMAP qualified
* A track record of meeting and exceeding targets
* A tenacious approach to identifying and delivering on high quality leads and prospects
* Experience working in a mortgage consultant role, ideally in an estate agency environment
* A natural capacity to build trust in colleagues and customers based on historical performance as a respected Mortgage Advisor
On offer:
* Up to £40k basic (depending on experience).
* A guaranteed bonus for up to 6 months (Negotiable)
* An uncapped commission structure with the opportunity to hit a 40% banding.
* Additional commission for referrals to the Commercial, New Homes, Surveys, and block management teams.
