Recruitment Business Development Consultant
Basic Salary £25,000 Uncapped Commission Year 1 OTE (£45 - £50,000)
Location: Leeds
Here is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning recruitment agency focused in the tech sales sector. They have recently expanded their market out to North America and are looking for polished, competitive, hard-working individuals to join their team. The role will focus on establishing strong relations with Tech Sales Start-ups in the US as they look to support the growth of exciting agencies moving forward.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate would come from a sales background having outbound experience; however, this is not necessary for the role.
Desirable qualities /qualifications for the role:
- Degree Educated with Outbound Sales experience
- Strong financial and career drive
- Evidence of commitment - e.g. sport or played an instrument for 10 years
- High emotional intelligence
- Polished communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills

Your Mission
Here you have the opportunity to become a master of your chosen Vertical, enhance your market knowledge in what is an ever-advancing sector. You will be focused on developing client relations in a new territory, in the US. The role will require lots of daily dials speaking to 20 exciting new tech business owners every day. The beauty of the role is you can achieve commission from the get-go - through booking meetings with prospective clients.
