Morgan McKinley London are delighted to be partnering with a Tech start up business to recruit a Part Qualified Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses,
* and cash flow projections.
* Analyse financial data, trends, and variances to identify areas of improvement and opportunity.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needsand provide analytical support for business initiatives.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliancewith regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and reviewing transactions.
* Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
* Monitor and control expenses against budget
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
* Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
* Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
* collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
