Role: Temporary Part-time Receptionist
Type: Temporary
HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Wednesday
SALARY: £13.15 - £15 per hour depending on experience
LOCATION: Hammersmith

What you will be doing…
* Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as requested.
* Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
* Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and employees courteously and efficiently.
* Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
* Arrange cover for the reception area during any breaks/ away from the desk
To be successful in this role you will have…
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
