Absolute executive Search are delighted to be partnered with an International firm based in Kent who are searching for a Head of Finance to join their team.

The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day operations of the finance function as well as working on ad-hoc analysis projects alongside the directors.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reporting.
* Monitor cash flow and manage forecasting and budgeting processes.
* Cost accounting and profit analysis of investment projects.
* Prepare analysis and interpret financial reports.
* Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders.
* Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure. compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Analyse financial data and prepare forecasts.
* Ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulations.
* Provide financial advice and support to managemen.t

Key Requirements:

ACA or ACCA qualified.
Good working experience of managing financial operations.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven track record of leading, coaching and mentoring a team.
Good working knowledge of NetSuite is highly desirable but not essential.

Salary:
£55k to £60k
