Job Title: Real Estate Investment Analyst
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000

Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess potential real estate investment opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of BTR projects.
* Prepare detailed financial models and investment memos for presentation to stakeholders.
* Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and economic indicators affecting the real estate industry.
* Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions, including financial, legal, and market analysis.
* Work closely with the development team to optimize project financial performance.
You are the Ideal Candidate if You Have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
* Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, preferably within Build to Rent or residential development.
* Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of UK real estate market trends and regulations.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
