Job Description:

My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll and Benefits Officer to join their dynamic Human Resources team in their central London office.
Responsibilities:
* Process payroll data for multiple entities accurately and within agreed timelines.
* Liaise with external Payroll service provider to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
* Collaborate with the Payroll and Benefits Manager on specific projects as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working within payroll, with excellent technical skills including manual payroll calculations.
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems, preferably ADP.
* Experience processing Expats, Inpats, and Cross Border workers, including Shadow Payroll and relevant tax treatment.
* Solid understanding of Pensions and benefit administration, including payrolling benefits and tax treatment.
* Familiarity with statutory reporting requirements.
* Working knowledge of HR systems and benefits portals, such as Success Factors and Darwin.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* CIPP qualification (desirable).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Thorough understanding of HMRC rules.
* Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Strong team player with a focus on collaboration.
