Description
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for
* Processing invoices and maintaining accounts payable records
* Statement reconciliations
* Preparing payment runs
* Resolving supplier queries
* Processing expenses
* Managing petty cash transactions
* Raising sales invoices
* Allocating cash
* Bank reconciliations
* Credit control
* Finance administration
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A proven track record within a similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and accounting software
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong numerical skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
