Job Details
Due to continued growth, expansion and investment, positions are now available for experienced Quality Inspectors with a background in the Precision Engineering sector, able to measure parts and components to tight tolerances, working with various measuring equipment including manual measuring equipment and CMMs for a varied client base.

Duties:
* Quality Inspection of precision machined parts and components
* Measuring to tight tolerances using manual measuring equipment and CMMs.
* Working from Engineering drawings.

Skills & Experience:
* Able to operate CMMs (Aberlink would be ideal but not essential).
* Experience of working with manual measuring equipment such as micrometres, verniers, gauges and calipers.
* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Working Environment:
* State-of-the-art subcontract machine shop
* 40 on shop floor
* 8 in the Quality Department
* Busy, Clean and Tidy
* Open door policy to their customers

Hours:
* 41.5hrs er week
* 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday
* 8am to 4pm, Friday
* Lots of Over Time available - standard rate Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday.
