Job Description: They are currently seeking an Evening Concierge to join their team in London. As an Evening Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Monitor access to the building and ensure security protocols are followed
* Handle resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently
* Assist with parcel deliveries and manage package storage
* Conduct regular patrols of the property to maintain safety and security
* Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed, following established procedures
* Perform light cleaning duties in common areas as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations is advantageous
