Legionella Risk Assessor - Birmingham
£30,000 - £35,000 + Company vehicle + additional benefits

Requirements for the Role:
* City and Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing.
* At least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
* A full UK driving licence is necessary for consideration.
* Strong knowledge of technical regulations, including Water Supply Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP, HSG274, and any other relevant guidance.
* Ability to prioritize, be organised, and self-motivated.
* Open to national travel
Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor:
* Draw schematic diagrams.
* Provide technical support as required.
* Undertake remedial works as quoted.
* Conduct PPM service visits using appropriate tools and systems.
* Maintain accurate site L8 logbooks.
* Complete legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274, both manually and electronically.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of Legionella Risk Assessment paperwork and reports within agreed KPI timescales.
