Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a Multidisciplined consultancy in their offices in Brighton. The successful candidate will be able to work on a variety of complex projects and contribute to their holistic approach to the built environment.
Role responsibilities include:
* Help develop and grow the mechanical engineering team by providing solutions to projects and mentor the more junior members
* Maintain current client relationship and help acquire new clients, business and opportunities
* Produce sustainable and mechanical strategies for buildings and make sure quality design measures are met
* Carry out site surveys and inspections throughout the construction phase
The ideal candidate will have:
* An educational background within mechanical or building services engineering
* Chartership or working towards their CIBSE accreditation
* Good experience within a mechanical and building services engineering field, with a successful background in designing projects through all stages of development
* Experience with multidisciplinary projects and working within a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
