Job Description:
A Media Production company based in London are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their team on a part time basis of 4 days per week.
This is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a growing busines to support the Purchase Ledger Manager with payment runs and purchase ledger management while working in a fast paced environment.
Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Assist in uploading credit and debit card statements for reconciliation
* Processing invoices
* Assisting with payment runs and urgent payments
* Matching invoices to purchase orders
* Setting up new suppliers
* Processing a large volume of expense claims
* Maintaining the purchase order list
* Support the Purchase Ledger audit
* Prioritise the purchase ledger tasks at month end and busy periods
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, you will ideally have an interest in the Media industry!
