Day to Day of the role: * Deliver high-quality teaching across various levels of further education in health, social care, and science programs.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and success.
* Contribute to the development and design of the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for professional success.
* Offer tutorial support, pastoral care, and assist students with academic and career-related queries.
* Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including course-related documentation and student records.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * A relevant degree or professional qualification in health, social care, or science.
* Proven teaching experience in further education or a similar educational setting.
* A strong commitment to student success and creating a supportive learning environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse cohort of learners.
* A proactive approach to program leadership and curriculum development.
* A Nursing background is desirable.
