Senior Property Manager
Location: Central London (hybrid working potential)
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  
Our client, a leading residential search, acquisition and property management specialist, is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team!

They are looking for an individual with a passion for property as well as property management, someone with a growth mindset who wants to strategically help improve and grow the business. Someone with excellent communication and project management skills as well as the ability to lead a team from the front. 

This role is ideal for someone with at least 7-8 years of experience as a Senior Property or Portfolio Manager or Team Leader within Prime Central London. You need to have experience in dealing with luxury properties as well as high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy arrangements, inc. inventory checks, cleaning, maintenance, and safety compliance certificates
* Welcoming new landlords and tenants 
* Preparing new tenant move-in packs
* Managing personal portfolio of tenancies, handling maintenance requests and repairs whilst liaising with the landlords and tenants
* Arrange contractors to attend properties for maintenance requests and report back to the landlord
* Arranging and conducting pre-tenancy and periodic inspections of the properties and arranging with the tenants
* Oversee and arrange deposit disputes, deductions, and returns
* Build strong working relationships with contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
* Provide exemplary customer service to all parties at all times, upholding the company standards of care
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Senior Property or Portfolio Management or Team Leader position within Prime Central London or equivalent
* Experience in working within luxury property and with high net worth individuals
* ARLA level 3 qualified or working towards
* Strong customer service capability
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Determination to grow and develop within the luxury property sector and within property management
* Proficient in MS Office inc. Excel and Outlook
