Title: Industrial Disease Legal Executive
Salary range: £35,000 to £45,000
Location: Castleford, UK

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Executive to work for an established firm in Castleford in their highly rated Industrial Disease team.

The firm is on the hunt for a resourceful Industrial Disease Legal Executive to bolster their ranks. Your Daily Grind Will Involve:

-Overseeing claims related to industrial diseases, including but not limited to, asbestos
exposure, occupational asthma, and noise-induced hearing loss.
-Dispensing top-tier legal advice and supporting our clients through their claims process.
-Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents and correspondences.
-Engaging with medical professionals and other experts for evidence compilation.
-Skilfully negotiating settlements and representing clients in court as required.
-Instructing barristers on client’s behalf when necessary.
-Keeping abreast of any changes in the laws and regulations governing industrial disease
claims.
-Upholding the firm’s standard of client service, ensuring transparent and effective
communication at all stages of the claim.

-A legal executive or an individual with equivalent qualifications, boasting a solid track
record in personal injury or industrial disease law.
-Someone who has experience managing industrial disease caseloads, with MOD work being a
significant plus.
-A legal aficionado with impeccable research, analysis, and writing skills.
-A negotiator and advocate with a proven history of securing favourable outcomes.
-An autonomous worker who’s also a team player.
-An organizer, a multitasker, and above all, a committed client-care provider.
