Your new role
You will beresponsible for assisting on a backlog project.
* Manage customeraccounts and ensure timely debt repayment
* Develop and maintainpositive relationships with customers
* Provide excellentcustomer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Work within a team tomeet and exceed collection targets

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have:
* Experience in a customer service environment,preferably within the Financial Services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Proven track record in debt collection
