With a hybrid working structure, this role pays the generous rate of £48/hr alongside getting some much sought after managerial experience.
About the role:
* 2 Days a week in the office
* 37 hours a week
* Offering supervision and training of caseholding Social Workers.
* Receiving reports from the team during strategy meetings
* Distributing and reviewing cases
* Onboarding new workers in the team

What you’ll bring to the table:
* At least 4 years post-qualifying experience as a social worker
* Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
* Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
* DBS Checked
