Job Description:
This small but fast-growing company based near Marble Arch / Marylebone station is looking to take on a Team PA / Office Manager to join the team. It’s a new role so you can very much make it your own. You’ll be the support to the MD who is absolutely lovely and the Operations Manager who is also great. There is plenty of scope to take the initiative and grow the role. They are looking for someone to get involved with a bit of everything:- diary management, booking meeting rooms/finding venues, answering the phones, dealing with general email enquiries, maintaining client records, formatting CVs, keeping the office tidy, management of the office finances/expenses, arranging travel, liaising with clients/candidates, invoicing, putting together PowerPoint presentations, setting up new projects, drafting/editing documents, managing IT equipment and general office admin duties. As PA / Office Manager you will have the ability to multi-task, be an excellent communicator, enjoy working in a small office and be highly organised. It’s an all-round role and the MD is happy to invest in training to get the right person, the fit is crucial! You will work in the office 4 days and from home one day but there is definite flexibility. Hours are 9-5.30 and there’s huge potential to grow/progress.
