Internal Sales Coordinator
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
£25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Our client is now seeking a Internal Sales Coordinator, Your role will involve day-to-day co-ordination of customer accounts on an administration level within a designated product group.

The main duties will be:
* Processing incoming sales orders
* Provide quotations
* Customer Service handling of complaints, compiling and sending letters
* Maintaining stock records and stock control.
* Create and update budgets for marketing purposes
* Monitor website data and process updates
* Liaison with the Warehouse for orders to be cut, wrapped, and dispatched
* Invoicing customers and managing aged debt
* Organising samples for customers

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
* Knowledge of export procedures and processes.
* Proven experience to work as part of a team.
* Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* Confident communicator both written and verbal
* Attention to detail
* Flexible and pro-active approach to daily tasks
