Contracts Manager - Flat Roofing
£65,000 - £75,000 Car Allowance
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an industry leading company based in Birmingham. This will be a site-based role overseeing contacts within the midlands area, varying from Stoke - Oxford.
Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager: * Oversee the whole contract from start to finish.
* Take a contract from an enquiry through to fruition.
* Finding the right projects to be worked on.
* Pricing tender packages - visiting site with subcontractors / specialist.
* Ordering of materials.
* Control of cost on projects.
* Raising subcontract orders / Pos.
The successful candidate will: * Experience and understanding of working with flat roofing.
* Experienced in pricing up contracts.
* Confident in leadership.
* Experience of being client facing.
* Hold a valid CSCS Card.
