Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude as they arrive at the hotel.
Open car doors for guests and assist them with their luggage.
Safely drive and park guest vehicles in designated areas, ensuring adherence to parking regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized appearance of the hotel entrance.
Provide accurate directions and information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
Collaborate with the concierge and front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Uphold high standards of customer service, privacy, and security.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old due to insurance requirements for driving guest vehicles.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in a similar role or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
