Senior Data Scientist
Salary: £70,000-£90,000
LONDON - 3 days a week in Central London office
Join a dynamic team of Data Scientists working on high-impact, commercially driven machine learning models, as part of a marketing consultancy!
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working closely within a team, to design and build models across pricing, churn, lifetime value, segmentation and more!
* Focusing on ROI and commercial value
* You will collaborate closely with Engineers, software developers, and business leaders to define precise product requirements, offer analytical support, and provide valuable feedback.
* Opportunity to mentor and upskill junior members of the team
* Looking at more advanced GenAI techniques and their applications within the marketing consultancy space (NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
* Proficiency in Python and SQL
* Proven experience in customer-driven modelling, with clear commercial impact and value highlighted
* Excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset
* End-to-end experience with skillset in Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms
Preferred
* Experience developing Propensity and customer retention models
* Experience developing recommender systems.
* Experience in Forecasting and marketing modelling
* Pricing and promotion optimisation modelling
