Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
* Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
* Implement and uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
* Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and support to staff members to help them reach their full potential.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our reputation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Ideally Michelin level experience or 3AA Rosette.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Ideally a car owner/driver or someone content to be located in a rural destination.
