Office Administrator
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £22,308 p.a. (pro-rata)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch (flexible for individual needs)
Job Type: Temp - Perm / Permanent
Are you an experienced Office Administrator with prior PA experience? We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join a reputable Chartered Accountancy firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Typing and audio typing
* Providing PA support to the directors
* Dealing with anti-money laundering procedures
* Handling reception duties
* Occasional PA tasks
Key Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Previous experience working in a professional practice setting (preferred but not essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Professional and friendly demeanour
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
