An esteemed Construction Consultancy in London is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Senior Construction Project Manager.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a knack for managing diverse public sector projects.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for a varied portfolio of public sector projects, including culture and heritage, emergency services (blue light), healthcare, schools, and housing.
This entails:
* Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
* Formulating project briefs, overseeing contractor procurement, and managing meetings.
* Handling program and financial management, design supervision, risk management, and contract administration.
* Working with JCT 2016 and/or NEC3 or 4 contracts.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Building Surveying, or a related field.
* A solid background in a construction consultancy environment.
* Ideally Chartered status in RICS, CIOB, or APM.
* Direct experience in managing public sector projects.
* The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
* A valid UK driving license.
