The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will be an essential part of a diverse range of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing appointment documents and supervising project handovers.
* Providing continuous support to clients throughout the project duration.
* Leading post-project review discussions.
* Actively contributing to the business’s growth and development.
The Construction Project Manager
* Chartered status with MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, or working towards such accreditation.
* Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
* A degree in Project Management or a related field.
* Proven experience across a range of build sector projects.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A positive attitude and willingness to engage actively in project responsibilities.
