Job Description:
I am pleased to be partnering with a high growth Technology organisation focusing on Open Source Cloud Telecommunications. The Network Engineer will be responsible for Cisco & Juniper Routers and Switches & Azure Networking. This position is Configuration and Project focused - Fully Remote.

Description
The Network Engineer on a day to day basis will be responsible for:
* Ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Ensure support activities are delivered against agreed measures & SLAs.
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
* Provide hands-on technical support frequently (Maintenance, troubleshooting, deployments)
* Ensure Infrastructure and Systems are documented, Secured and scalable
* Proactively monitor system logs and behaviour
* Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and share this knowledge with the team.
Profile
The successful Network Engineer should have:
* A proven track record in a Network or Infrastructure engineering role.
* Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft platforms (Azure, AD, M365), Networking (Cisco Switches, Juniper Routers) Telephony (SBC) and Virtual Server Architecture.
* Understanding of Voice Protocols and routing
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and ITIL Framework
* Cisco CCNA (or similar)
* Desirable:
* Knowledge of Dialogic or Ribbon SBC
* Certifications in Azure AZ-104
* Teams Admin MS700 (or Similar)
* Cisco CCNA (or similar)
* Linux Admin (Centos, Ubuntu)
